Nomenclature
The table with the detailed description of the covers and interleafs follow the nomenclature given below. The four faces of the cover are given in roman numerals (I - IV), the four interleafs are counted by arabic numerals (1 - 4) with the first and second line referring to the front side and rear side, respectivily. The stamps are mounted between the first and second interleaf, the second and the third interleaf and the third and the fourth interleaf.
